WITNESSETH: That the grantors in consideration of the sum of One Dollar and other
valuable considerations, do hereby grant and convey unto the grantee, its successors and
assigns, a permanent easement for the installation and continued operation, maintenance,
repair, inspection, alteration and replacement of a water pipe line and necessary
appurtenances, together with a perpetual ingress and egress easement, under, on, and across
the following described real property belonging to the said grantors:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the grantee, its successors and assigns,
FOREVER.
The grantee covenants with the grantors, their successors and assigns, that the
grantee will restore the surface of the ground in as good a condition as when entered upon by
the grantee and its agents. The grantee further covenants with the grantors that it will restore
the surface of the ground in as good a condition as when entered upon by the grantee and its
agents, after any repairing or maintaining of said water pipe line.

A portion of that certain Warranty Deed recorded as Instrument No. 98055379, records of Ada
County, Idaho, being *ithin the Northwest'/4 of the Northwest'/4 of Section 3, Township 4 North,
Range 1 East, Boise Meridian, Ada County, Idaho, described as follows:
Commencing at a found steel pin monumenting the Southwest Corner of said deed, said pin also
monumenting the most easterly corner common to Lots 20 and 21, Block 1 of Bogus Ridge Subdivision
(a recorded subdivision on file in Book 60 of Plats at Page 5981, records of Ada County, Idaho) and the
POINT OF BEGINNING.
Thence easterly along the southerly line of said deed and the northerly line of said Lot 20
South 89°-30'-48" East a distance of 25.04 feet to a point;
Thence leaving said northerly line North 00°-11'-19" West a distance of 27.70 feet to a point;
Thence South 74°-49'-25" West a distance of 26.03 feet to a point on the westerly line of said
deed and the easterly line of said Lot 21;
Thence southerly along the westerly line of said deed and the easterly line of said Lot 21
South 00°-29'-56" East a distance of 20.67 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
