Dear Mrs.Neighbors,
The Laguna Pointe Homeowners Association Architectural Design Committee (ADC) has
reviewed your request for installation of a pool at the above referenced property. Your request
was approved,with the following conditions.
1. The pool and apron of the pool may not encroach upon the pressurized irrigation
easement; and
2. All mandatory setbacks are followed as written in the CC&Rs.
Please note that if a fence is desired around the pool that the only approved fencing is wrought
iron and that fence specifications would need to meet the ADC guidelines with no exceptions.
The pool is the only new change approved at this time. The other changes need to be presented
to the ADC,along with a new landscape plan,of which your builder has stated would be
provided.
Also as a reminder,because of the front facing garage door,the ADC only approved an
architectural door that included windows and decorative hardware as shown in your
application. At this time it appears that a door was installed that does not fit this requirement.
It is the ADCs expectation that the door will match the approved design upon building
completion,prior to final inspection and potential deposit release.
