The City of Eaglo has completed its review of the submitted quotes for the Activity G uideJPrinting. After review
and careful consideration, we are pleased to inform you that your company was selected On behalf of the City, we
want to thank you for the time and effort in submitting a quote and we look forward to our continued relationship
with your company regarding our publication. Please contact our Recreation Coordinator, Caitlin Straubinger at
489-8784, regarding the next issue of our Activity Guide.
This letter will serve as the official agreement between Simply Graphic and the City of Eagle for the term of
October 24, 2016 through September 30, 2017, provided however, that either party to the agreement shall have
the option to cancel and terminate the agreement by giving the other party thirty (30) days written notice to the
other party of its intent to terminate. The City of Eagle may offer two (2) additional one-year terms. If you have
