AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
1. PARTIES. The parties to this AGREEMENT are TEALEY'S LAND SURVEYING, (TLS) AND

2. RECITALS AND PURPOSE. Client desires to retain the services of TLS. TLS agrees to provide and perform
services as more fully described herein. The purpose of this AGREEMENT is to set forth the terms and conditions
under which each party agrees to perform.
3. LOCATION OF PROJECT.
A portion of the SW 1/4 Section 2 T4N RIE B.M. Ada Coppty. Idaho
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES TO BE PROVIDED BY TLS -

1. Boundm Surve
A. Locate bound — City of Eagle Mike Aho — will delineate boundaries
of the 2 parcels
B. Set new Rarcel corners
C Draft ROS and record with Ada Coppn Recorder
D. Write descriptions for new parcels.
Note: See attached exhibit for approximate boundaries of parcels
OBLIGATIONS OF THE CLIENT.
5.1 All application, permit & review fees to be paid by the client.
5.2 All overnight or 2nd day deliveries (Fedex or such) to be paid by the client.
5.3 Client will pay reimbursable items, such as printing, recorder etc.
5.4 Client will supply a Current Legal Description for use by T.L.S.
6. TIME. It is estimated that the work will be performed and the job completed in 10 working days. TLS will put forth
its best efforts to complete the work within the time frame set forth herein. However, TLS cannot guarantee compliance of the
completion date due to unknown conditions or requirements that may exist.
7. FEES.
7.1 Client agrees to pay TLS:
(X) On an hourly basis for each and all services rendered in accordance with the attached TLS rate
schedule with a not to exceed fee of $2,500.00. In the event additional services of TLS are required
or requested, client shall be advised of the need for such additional services prior to performance of
additional services.

7.2 Client agrees to the following method of payment: All payments due shall be made within 30 days of receipt
of invoice. Payment made after that time shall be assessed an interest rate of I-12% per month.
