Ordinance - 1999 - 353 - Amending Sectin 1-5-3/Annual Mayor & Council Salaries - 08/24/1999ORDINANCE NO. 353 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-3, EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR ANNUAL SALARIES FOR THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL, AND PROVIDING EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows: Section 1: as follows: That Section 1-5-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read SALARIES: Commencing January 1, 1998 2000 the annual salaries of the Mayor and of the President of the City Council and of the City Council shall be as follows: A. Mayor: The Mayor shall receive an annual salary in the sum of nineteen thousand two hundred dollars ($19.200). B. Council President: The Council President shall receive an annual salary in the sum of ($10.800). ten thousand eieht hundred dollars C. Council Members: Each member of the Council, other than the President, shall receive an annual salary in the sum of six-theusand z' x kunifed-dellefs-(861349070.0) eight thousand four hundred dollars ($8.4001.
