A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING REPUBLIC
SERVICES FEE SCHEDULE PURSUANT TO THE SECOND ADDENDUM TO
WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES CONTRACT SECTION 2 "ADJUSTMENT TO
CUSTOMER RATES" AND PROVIDING FOR EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS the Republic Services has proposed to provide certain new services in the city
of Eagle and establish fees for these services; and
WHEREAS, Republic Services is currently providing certain services for which they wish
to reduce the fees associated with; and
WHEREAS, Section 2 of the Contract allows for adjustments to customer rates to allow
for new or adjusted fees.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO:
Section 1: The new services are to be provided within the City of Eagle at the rates
listed in Exhibit A and
Section 2: That five services will experience a fee reduction as listed in Exhibit A
Section 3: All other previously approved fees shall remain in effect.
Section 4: That this Resolution shall be in full force and effect November 1, 2016.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle Idaho.
