AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING SECTION 1-5-2,
EAGLE CITY CODE, TO PROVIDE FOR MEETINGS OF THE COUNCIL, AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-5-2, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
A. Time and Place: The time and place of the regular council meetings shall be held at the
Eagle City Hall on the second and fourth Tuesdays of each month, or -e r,...nsil •' five thiFt.
