Scope
The City of Eagle plans to conduct a compensation analysis in 2022 to assess external
competitiveness,internal equity,and application of current policy and procedure as it
applies to compensable factors.
To complete a compensation analysis,the organization needs accurate job descriptions.
The City of Eagle has requested the professional guidance of AmeriBen Human Resource
Consulting to assist in the updating of job descriptions.
The scope of work to update job descriptions can vary significantly based on client needs
and desires,the range for similar projects is $100 to $750 per job description.
AmeriBen consultants will work with the City of Eagle representatives to update 5 job
descriptions. Using the results of this project,AmeriBen and the City of Eagle will
determine the process and scope to update the remaining job descriptions.

30 days from contract acceptance.

$750
This is $150 /job description. Project estimate is 6 hours.
Billed upon completion of the project.
