THE UNDERSIGNED further agrees to provide the ACC with the following documents and information to be retained by
the BanBury Architectural Control Committee --
• One set of complete site plans with a scale of 1"equals 20', showing the exterior perimeter of the lot, proposed
location of all structures,driveways and walkways, easements and setbacks(min. 40'from rear lot line and 20'
from side lot line)as specified in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions.Also indicate all
exterior materials including color of paint to be used(submit chip(s)).
• Complete set of floor plans and elevations at a scale of equals 1';the square footage of each floor as well as
the total square footage are to be designated. (for new house construction only)
• Complete set of building specifications; said specifications should clearly indicate all types and colors of exterior
finishes,style and finish of windows,and type of and specifications of heating and cooling system, septic system
and any other system to be installed. (if applicable)
• Include exact height of proposed structure and measurements of all setbacks.
• Landscape plan to include sodded areas, planter areas describing surface material(bark, mulch, etc), planting
materials, size at time of planting, species. Indicate berms,trees(type and size), and grading plan/drainage plan.
• Application deposit ($250.00 for Phases 1-5; $500.00 for phases 6& 7)
Association will retain$50 for processing fee.
• Maintenance deposit($2,000.00)To be refunded upon project completion and inspection.
• Duration of project: 12ff weeks
• Any other information that may be requested by the Architectural Control Committee.

Home/lot owner and builder are responsible to follow the"JOB MAINTENANCE"guidelines and understand that they will
be billed for services rendered by the Banbury Association or their assignee for failure to comply.
The UNDERSIGNED home/lot owner and builder acknowledge they have both received and read the Declaration of
Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions and the Builder Guidelines for the Banbury subdivision and understand and agree
to comply with all terms and conditions.An incomplete application will be returned to the applicants by the Architectural
Control Committee with a denial.
