AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO REPEALING
ORDINANCE NO. 377 ESTABLISHING DAY CARE REGULATIONS; REQUIRING
LICENSES; PROVIDING DEFINITIONS; REQUIRING APPLICATIONS AND AN
APPLICATION FEE; PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE, DURATION AND
VALIDITY OF LICENSES; PROVIDING PENALTIES; PROVIDING
SEPARABILITY; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Mayor and City Council to allow the State of Idaho to
license and monitor day care facilities within the City of Eagle.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: Ordinance No. 377 shall be repealed in its entirety.
Section 2: EFFECTIVE DATE: This ordinance or summary thereof in compliance with
Idaho Code § 50-901A, shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City, and
shall take effect immediately upon its passage, approval and publication.
Adopted by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho, this 7th day of August , 2001.
