AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING
TITLE 1, CHAPTER 7, SECTION 1-7-1A: DEPOSITORY FOR CITY
FUNDS, AND SECTION 1-7-3(B): WARRANTS, OF EAGLE CITY
CODE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That Section 1-7-1A, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
1-7-1: DEPOSITORY FOR CITY FUNDS:
A. Designation: The First Sccurity Wells Fargo Bank, Eagle Branch, is hereby
designated as the depository for the City. The City Treasurer is hereby ordered, required
and directed to keep monies belonging to or in the care of the City coming into his/her
hands and into the hands of the said City in the above-named depository.
Section 2: That Section 1-7-3B, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
1-7-3: WARRANTS:
B. Outstanding warrants shall be called for payment in their order whenever the City
Treasurer shall have on hand in the fund upon which such warrants are drawn,

Section 3: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval, and publication as required by law.
