Ordinance - 2002 - 418 - Amend Title 1/Official Bonds - 03/12/2002ORDINANCE NO. 418 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 6, SECTION 1-6-3: BONDS, EAGLE CITY CODE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows: Section 1: That Section 1-6-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as follows: 1-6-3: BONDS: In the event the several offices herein named are not covered under the City's Public Entity Multi -Line Insurance Policy's Errors and Emissions Liability, then fthe several offices herein named shall give bonds to the City with two (2) or more sufficient sureties in the penal sums as follows: provided, sueelyan officials bonds may be furnished at the expense of the City in lieu of personal bonds: City Clerk $50,000 City Treasurer $50,000 Deputy City Clerk $50,000 Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage, approval, and publication as required by law.
