AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 1, CHAPTER 11, OF THE EAGLE CITY
CODE DESIGNATING VALLEY TIMES AS THE OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1. Title 1, Chapter 11 of the Eagle City Code is hereby amended to read as
follows: Pursuant to the provisions of section 50-213, Idaho Code, the "Idaho Statesman"
"Valley Times" is hereby designated the official newspaper of the City and such
ordinances, notices and publications as are required by law to be given publication in the
newspaper shall be published in said "Idaho Statesman" "Valley Times".
Section 2. This Ordinance shall become effective as of the date of its passage, approval
and publication.
