FPUD-09-21 & FP-15-21 — Final Development Plan and Final Plat for Mosey Hill Subdivision — Greg Hall: Greg Hall, represented by Kent Brown, is requesting final development plan and final plat approvals for Mosey Hill Subdivision, a 58-lot(53-buildable, 5-common)residential planned unit development. The 28-acre site is located on the south side of West Beacon Light Road approximately 100-feet west of North Lanewood Road at 6001 West Beacon Light Road. (MNB) D. Cost Share Agreement Between the City of Eagle and B.B. One, LLC: A Cost Share Agreement between the City of Eagle and B.B.One,LLC for North Channel Center Trail Bank Repairs with the City's amount not to exceed$10,000 for design and engineering and$50,000 for permitting and repair. (NBS) E. Approval of the Donation of a Tree: A donation of a Shade Master Honey Locust tree in celebration of HC Company's twenty years in business to be located at Guerber Park. Reappointment to the Design Review Board: In accordance with Resolution 14-19, Mayor Pierce is requesting Council confirmation of the reappointment of David Duperault to the Design Review Board. Mr. Duperault will be serving a three (3) year term that will expire April 2025.(JWP) G. Award of Horseshoe Bend Road Water Main Extension—North Bid: After review of the bids received,staff is recommending the award of the Horseshoe Bend Road Water Main-North project to Knife River Corporation—Mountain West in an amount not to exceed$700,735.00. (KRA) H. Consulting Services — Human Resources Compensation Services Agreement. An agreement between the City of Eagle and AmeriBen for consulting services. Staff is requesting ARAP funds be utilized for these services. (TEO) I. Proclamation for Sexual Assault Awareness Month: A proclamation declaring April as Sexual Assault Awareness Month in the City of Eagle. (JWP) J. Professional Service Agreement Between the City of Eagle and Ecosystems:A Professional Service Agreement between the City of Eagle and Ecosystems for the Environmental and Cultural Baseline Survey for the Eagle Shooting Sports Park in the amount not to exceed $9,935.00. (NBS) K. Eagle Fun Days Poster Design: An agreement between the City of Eagle and Red Couch Creative for graphic design services for the 2022 Eagle Fun Days Poster for an amount not to exceed$1045.00.(EAM) L. DR-03-22—Common Area Landscaping for Parkway Development, including an Office (medical and dental) Building for Parkway Dental and Phasing Plan — Mike Spencer: Mike Spencer, represented by Jessica Petty with 12.15 Design, LLC, is requesting design review approval for the common area landscaping within Parkway Development, including a 3,000-square foot office (medical and dental) building for Parkway Dental and phasing plan. The 1-acre site is located on the south side of East State Street approximately 75-feet west of the intersection of East State Street and South Young Lane at 577 East State Street.(ERG) M. Service Contract Between the City of Eagle and Fireworks America: A service agreement between the City of Eagle and Fireworks America for the pyrotechnic public display for Eagle Fun Days display in an amount not to exceed$20,000.00 (BLA) N. Local Professional Service Agreement - Engineer of Record Local — Eagle Road Pedestrian/Bike Bridge: Approval of the Local Professional Services Agreement with TO Engineers and Horrocks Engineering to serve as the engineer of record for the Eagle Road Pedestrian Bike bridge in the amount not to exceed$42,223.39. (NBS) O. State&Local Agreement with ITD—Eagle Road Pedestrian/Bike Bridge:Approval of an amended State and Local Government Agreement reducing the City's liability for the Eagle Road Pedestrian/Bike Bridge from $1,136,922 to approximately$450,000.00(NBS) 9. The 1.38- acre site is located on the east side of South Parkinson Street approximately 35-feet south of the intersection of South Parkinson Street and East Syringa Street at 540 South Parkinson Street.
