AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING
TITLE 3, CHAPTER 2, SECTION 3-2-1, SECTION 3-2A-5, SECTION 3-2B-3,
SECTION 3-2C-6, SECTION 3-2C-8 AND PROVIDING AN EF'rECTIVE DATE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That section 3-2-1, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
3-2-1: STATE REGULATIONS ADOPTED:
There are hereby adopted for the purpose of governing the licensing, sale and use of
alcoholic beverages within the City those laws of the State of Idaho being particularly
title 23, Idaho Code, as presently in effect or as may hereafter be amended by the
Legislature together with any and all duly promulgated regulations issued thereunder.
The same are hereby adopted and incorporated as an ordinance of the City as fully as
though set forth at length herein.

Section 2: That section 3-2A-5, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
3 -2A -5E: LICENSE FEES, TERMS:

through April 30th of the following year; provided, however, should a license be
issued for less than a full calendar year, the license fee shall be prorated in accordance
with the actual months of issuance.
Section 3: That section 3-2B-3, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
3-2B-3: LICENSE FEE, TERMS
Such license year shall be from p\ -a twelve o'clock (12:01) A.M. January 1
May 1st through December 31 April 30th of the following year; provided, however, should
a license be issued for less than a full calendar year, the license fee shall be prorated in
accordance with the actual months of issuance.
Section 4: That section 3-2C-6, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:

3-2C-6: LICENSE FEE, TERMS:
Each licensee shall pay an annual a license fee in advance in the amount of five hundred
sixty two dollars fifty cents ($562.50) for a license which is effective from Mav 1st
through April 30th of the following vear. If the license is issued for less than a full
twelve month period, the license fee shall be prorated as of the month of
actual issuance, but shall not be less than one-fourth (1/4) of the annual fee.
Section 5: That section 3-2C-8, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
3-2C-8: FORM, EXPIRATION, RENEWAL, AND TRANSFER OF LICENSE:

Section 6: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval, and publication as required by law.
