AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO, AMENDING
TITLE 5, CHAPTER 8, SECTION 1 AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
IDAHO, as follows:
Section 1: That section 5-8-1, Eagle City Code, be, and is hereby, amended to read as
follows:
5-8-1: DISORDERLY CONDUCT:
A. Definitions:
DISORDERLY CONDUCT: Any person who loiters, prowls, or wanders upon
private property without lawful business with the owner or occupant. May also
include persons who refuse to vacate a municipal park facility of which they have not
reserved the time and paid the appropriate fee for, at a time that has been reserved for
another person.
Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
approval, and publication as required by law.
