CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
December 10, 1985
The council met in regular session at the Eagle City
Hall, on Tuesday, December 10, 1985, at 7:40 p.m. MAYOR
CAROL HALEY presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: WALKER,
MAILE, GUERBER. STOPPELLO excused.
Motion made by WALKER to approve
November 12, 1985 meeting as printed.
GUERBER. All aye, motion carried.

Eagle United Methodist Church: Motion made by WALKER
to approve as written, motion seconded by MAILE~ All

Irene Gunderson: Motion made by MAILE to approve as
written, motion seconded by WALKER. All aye, motion
carried.
BEER & WINE LICENSES:
Larry Leach/IGA: Moved by GUERBER to approve renewal
of Beer and Wine License, seconded by MAILE. All aye,
motion carried.
Circle K Cor~: Moved by GU~RBER to approve renewal
of Beer and '~"~ ~: .~.~nse, seconded by MAILE. All aye,
motion carried.
Eagle B~everage: Moved by GUERBER to approve renewal
of Beer and Wine License, seconded by MAILE. All aye,
motion carried.
Baird Oil/Go-Fer Mart: Moved by GUERBER to approve
renewal of Beer and Wine License, seconded by MAILE.
All aye, motion carried.
BANK CLUB: Moved by MAILE to approve renewal of
Beer and Wine License, seconded by GUERBER. All aye,
motion carried.

GUERBER moved that in accordance with the provisions
of § 50-902, Idaho Code that the rule requiring ordinances
to be read on three different days, two readings of which
are to be by title only and one of which is to be in full,
be dispensed with and that Ordiance No. 102 Amending Ordiance
40 be considered immediately. WALKER seconded the motion.
Roll call resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER, MAILE, GUERBER.
Motion carried.
Motion made by GUERBER to approve Ordiance No. 102, an
Ordiance Amending Article IV, Ordinance No. 40 of the City
of Ealge, Idaho, by Incorporating the Official Zoning Map
into Ordinance No. 40 by Reference and by Amending the Official
Zoning Map by Changing Certain Property within the City of
Ealge from R-5 (Residential) to CBD (Central Business District).
Motion seconded by WALKER. Roll call on the motion resulted
as follows: AYE: WALKER, MAILE, GUERBER. Motion carried.
Motion made by MAILE and seconded by GUERBER to add to
the Agenda discussion concerning IGA Design Review Ordinance.
Motion carried. Conclusion was Mr. Leach will have to let
his intentions regarding the IGA sign be known prior to the
December 31, 1985 deadline.
Motion by WALKER to put on the Agenda for purpose of
discussion Ada County Zoning Transmittal ~84-44-Cu Patricia
Browen, a subdivision dated 9/13/84. Eagle City Council
denied this request, but Ada County has approved it. Discussion
concluded that council review the request and that no decision
would be made until that time.
DESIGN REVIEW APPLICATION/Eagle Beverage: Motion made to
approve Eagle Beverage's sign application by WALKER, seconded
by GUERBER. All aye, motion carried,
CLAIMS AGAINST THE CITY: Moved by ~.~ILE to approve as
presented. Motion seconded by GUERBER. Roll call on the
motion resulted as follows: AYE: ~L~R, ~ILE, GUERBER.
MAYOR CAROL HALEY ADJOURNED THE MEETING AT 8:41 p.m.
