CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
AUGUST 19, 1985
The council met in special session at the Eagle City Hall,
on Monday, August 19, 1985, at 7:30 p.m. Mayor HALEY presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: WALKER,
STOPPELLO, GUERBER.
The purpose of the meeting was to adopt the appropriations
ordinance for the fiscal year 1985/86. Moved by WALKER and
seconded by GUERBER that in accordance with the provisions of
#50-902, Idaho Code, the rule requiring ordinances to be read
on three different days, two readings of which are to be by
title only and one of which is to be in full, be dispensed
with and that Ordinance No. 101 be considered immediately.
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER,
STOPPELLO, MAILE, GUERBER. Motion carried.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by GUERBER to adopt Ordinance
No. 101 "AN ORDINANCE MAKING AN APPROPRIATION OF MONEY FOR ALL
THE NECESSARY EXPENSES AND LIABILITIES OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,
ADA COUNTY, IDAHO FOR THE FISCAL YEAR COMMENCING THE FIRST
DAY OF OCTOBER 1985, AND ENDING THE THIRTIETH DAY OF SEPTEMBER,
1986. THIS ORDINANCE BEING KNOWN AS THE ANNUAL APPROPRIATION
BILL, AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY." Roll call on the motion
resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER, STOPPELLO, MAILE, GUERBER.
Motion carried.
Mayor HALEY adjourned the meeting at 7:35 P.M.
