♦ Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will be no
separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a Commissioner, member of City Staff, or a
citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items removed from
the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence determined by the Rules of
Order.
♦ Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle shall be
adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval motion unless
specifically stated otherwise.

regarding the application or issue before the City Council. This testimony will become part of the hearing record
for that application or matter.

6. NEW BUSINESS:
A. ACTION ITEM: Conditional Use Permit Application #202102816-CU (Ada County Transmittal) –
100-Foot Tall Personal Wireless Facility (Cellular Communications Tower/Monopole) within City
of Eagle Area of Impact – Intermax Towers, LLC: Intermax Towers, LLC, represented by Josh
Leonard with Clark Wardle, LLP, is requesting conditional use permit approval from Ada County to
construct a 100-foot tall personal wireless facility (monopole cell tower). The 5.35-acre site is located
on the north side of Beacon Light Road approximately 270-feet east of North Lanewood Road at 5410
West Beacon Light Road. This site is located in the Eagle Area of Impact. (WEV/MNB) This item was
continued from the January 18, 2022, Planning and Zoning Commission Meeting.
