ACTION ITEM: Trails and Pathways recommendation for the Spring Valley PUMP1, represented by Brook Coke, is requesting approval for the Spring Valley Planned Development (formerly known as M3 Spring Valley). PUMP No.1 consists of +/- 969.18-acres, 2,200 residential units, 150,000 sq. ft. of non- residential uses, and 504.39-acres of regional and community open space. The site is generally located 3,000 ft northeast of the intersection of State Highway 16 at Equest Lane (approximately 1 mile north of Beacon Light Road and Linder Road Intersection). This will be the second review of this project. 11. NEW BUSINESS: A. ACTION ITEM: Trails and Pathways recommendation for the Farmstead Landing Subdivision, a 167-lot (140-buildable, 27 common) residential subdivision. The 80.23-acre site is located on the north side of Floating Feather Rd. between N. Park Ln. and N. Linder Rd. B. ACTION ITEM: Trails and Pathways recommendation for the Millstone Farm Subdivision, represented by Tamara Thompson with the Land Group Inc. is a 345-lot (316-buildable, 29-common) residential planned unit development. The 89.8-acre site is located at the northwest corner of North Palmer Lane and West Floating Feather Road at 2871 North Palmer Lane. 12. PPRC LIAISON ASSIGNMENT REPORT 13. ADJOURNMENT:
