CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
APRIL 30, 1985
The Council met in regular session at Eagle City Hall, on
Tuesday, April 30, 1985, at 7:30 P.M. Mayor HALEY presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: WALKER,
STOPPELLO, MAILE.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to approve the
minutes of the meeting of April 9, 1985. Motion resulted as
follows: AYE: WALKER, STOPPELLO, MAILE. Motion carried.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to approve the
minutes of the Public Hearing of April 16, 1985. Motion resulted
as follows: AYE: WALKER, STOPPELLO, MAILE. Motion carried.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by STOPPELLO to approve the
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law on the Eagle Comprehensive
Plan, March 1985. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER,
STOPPELLO, MAILE. Motion carried.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to adopt Resolution
#2-85 " A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDMENTS TO THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN DATED JANUARY 1978 AND INCLUDING ALL OF THE CHANGES IN A
DOCUMENT CALLED THE "EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE PLAN" MARCH 1985.
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER, STOPPELLO,
MAILE. Motion carried.
Design Review ~7-85 - Welker for a SnoCone booth and sign was
presented. Moved by MAILE and seconded by WALKER to approve the
sign and booth as reconm~ended by the Design Review Committee. Motion
resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER, STOPPELLO, MAILE. Motion carried.
Councilman STOPPELLO called for a council meeting on May 14, 1985,
to adopt a resolution in support of the Meridian School Board bond
election.
The claims against the City were presented. Moved by STOPPELLO
and seconded by MAILE to approve the claims against the City. Roll
call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: WALKER, STOPPELLO,
MAILE. Motion carried.
