CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
MARCH 5, 1985
The Council met in special session at Eagle City Hall, on
Tuesday, March 5, 1985, at 7:00 P.M. Mayor HALEY presiding. The
purpose of the meeting was to reconsider the motion made at the
previous meeting about the DeShazo CUP/PUD.
Moved by GUERBER and seconded by WALKER to amend the original
motion to allow a 15% increase in density for the DeShazo CUP/PUD
which would allow 23 units. Roll call on the motion resulted as
follows: AYE: WALKER, GUERBER, MAILE. ABSTAIN: STOPPELLO.
Motion carried.
Mayor HALEY adjourned the meeting at 7:25 P.M.
