In attendance: John McCreedy, Steve Bradbury
3. REVIEW OF THE WINTRY RIVER TRANSCRIPTS
a. The Mayor reviewed the reason for the meeting
b. The conclusion of the review of Council regarding the
transcripts in question is as follows: Even with clarification
of Ms.Hable and John McCreedy regarding the transcripts what
was understood by the Mayor and Council at the time of the
public hearing was clear. The Council agreed the issue should
be solved by the judge.
Mona will prepare findings and a decision for the district court.
The supplemental Memorandum Regarding the Agency Transcripts was
brought up by Mona Mack. Mr. McCreedy discussed the section, page
4, which reads: "It is clear that testimony favorable to
Petitioners on this issue is inaudible or was completely omitted
from the transcripts."
Mr. McCreedy: Stated certain areas were non-transcribable. He used
an example, siting Stoppello's testimony which he defined non-
transcribable.
The conclusion is to submit those transcripts as submitted by Ms.
Hable to the court. This issue will be included on the Council
Agenda on September 26 when there is a quorum.
