2. Design Review Ordinance:
The ordinance and guidebook was discussed. It was the
general opinion that it was time to present it to the public
Downtown Development Proposal:
The draft was discussed. The proposal will be presented to
P&Z
Impact Area Boundaries & Jurisdiction:
The City Clerk was asked to write Ada County about the
proposed new boundaries and start negotiations.
A miscellaneous item was brought up in connection with the
downtown issue and the new City Hall/Library complex.
The Mayor will propose an Ad hoc Committee to assess the
needs of the City.
Mayor Guerber selected Bradley, Mayer and Mary Berent
as initial members.
5. Findings of Facts & Conclusions of Law - Idaho Power
Moved by MERRILL and seconded by MAYER to approve the
findings as presented. AYE: BRADLEY, MERRILL, MAYER.
Motion carried.
