important; for this reason, we will collect and retain copies of your job descriptions in order
to compare primaryjob functions and minimum qualifications that will be used for
matching purposes.
Northwest Data Exchange is a subscription service. AmeriBen will collect and compile
your pay rate and benefit data each year in November.The Annual Report is distributed in
March/April each year and the Customized Report is available upon request within a one-
two month turnaround time. In addition,you will have access to compensation and
benefit data for individual positions as you need it throughout the year. Best of all, once
you provide the information, we will enter your data and keep it updated.
