Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. Meetings are held at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic. Lane, Eagle. ACHD (Primary)  The Commission generally meets on the first, second, and third Wednesday of the month at noon. An evening meeting occurs on the fourth Wednesday of the month at 6 p.m. Meetings are held at 3775 Adams St, Garden City. ITD (Primary) rd  The board meets October-March generally the 3 Thursday of the month and April- rd September on the 3 Wednesday or Thursday. Locations vary. Valley Regional Transit (Primary)  Meetings are scheduled for noon to 2 p.m. in the VRT Board Room, 700 NE 2nd Street, th Meridian. Meeting dates: August 5, September 23, December 16 (Holiday lunch with COMPASS Board Members at the Nampa Civic Center) Eagle Community Fund  Meets once per year. Meetings are held at City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle Historic Preservation Commission nd  Meetings are held quarterly on the 2 Wednesday of the month. Meetings begin at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle. Library Board rd  Meetings are held the 3 Wednesday of the month. Meetings begin at 6:00 p.m. Meeting are held at the Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle. Animal Control Committee  This is a temporary committee. Their purview is to recommend to Council updates and edits to Eagle, City Code, the Humane Society contract, as well as recreation programs. They have approximately 12 months remaining to provide their recommendations to Council. The Committee meets quarterly. Eagle Community Fund: Meets annually. Meetings are held at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle. Development Impact Fee  The Committee holds at least one meeting annually. Meetings are held at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle. West Ada School District  Regular meetings are held the 2nd Tuesday of every month except January which is held the 3rd Tuesday. In April and May, a second meeting is held on the 4th Tuesday of the month accounting for end of school year activities. All meetings are held at the District Service Center. Southwest Idaho Resource Conservation and Development: (SWRC&D) rd  Meetings are held every 3 Tuesday of the month, excluding December @ 1:0 p.m. Boise City Hall West (333 N. Mark Stall Place) in the Marty Sam Classroom. Brad Pike Downtown Advisory Board  The Committee generally meets every Thursday of the month or as needed at 5:30 p.m. Meetings are held at City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle. Urban Renewal Agency strd  Regular meetings are held on the 1 Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. and the 3 Tuesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are held at Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane, Eagle. Council Pike is a voting member. Eagle Senior Center nd  The Board meets the 2 Tuesday of the month at 10:30am at the Eagle Senior Center at 312 E State Street, Eagle. Eagle Sewer District nd  Meets the 2 Monday of the month. Meetings are held at the Eagle Sewer District Office, 44 N. Palmetto Ave., Eagle.
