CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
JULY 24, 1984
The Council met in special session on Tuesday, July 24, 1984,
at Eagle City Hall at 7:30 p.m.. Mayor HALEY presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: STOPPELLO,
WALKER, MAILE.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by MAILE to approve the
minutes of the July 10, 1984 council meeting as printed. Motion
resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion
carried.
The Oath of Office was administered to STEVE .GUERBER to serve
as councilman until the next City election.
The attorney was instructed to send a letter to the property
owner at the southwest corner of Second and State street and inform
them that they need to cut back brush and tree limbs as they are
obstructing vehicular vision. The City attorney was also instructed
to pursue the matter of the violation of the Design Review Ordinance
by the owners of the Eagle Family Restaurant.
Ada County Transmittal ~84-41-CU was considered by the Council.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to recommend to the Ada
County Zoning that they approve the Conditional Use under the condition
that the accessory building remain for residential use and not be
used for commercial purposes, the intended use is not in violation
of the City of Eagle's Comprehensive Plan. Roll call on the motion
resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE, GUERBER. Motion
carried.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by GUERBER to approve the claims
against the City. Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE:
STOPPELLO, MAILE, WALKER, GUERBER. Motion carried.
Mayor HALEY adjourned the meeting at 7:55 P.M.
