CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
APRIL 10, 1984
The Council met in regular session on Tuesday, April 10, 1983
at Eagle City Hall at 7:30 p.m.. Mayor HALEY presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: STOPPELLO,
WALKER, MAILE.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to approve the Findings
of Fact and Conclusions of Law on the DeShazo CUP. Roll call on the
motion resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion
carried.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MAILE to approve
of the Eagle City Council meeting of March 13, 1984 as
resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE.

the Eagle City Council meeting of March 27, 1984 as printed. Motion

Mayor HALEY announced that a special meeting would be held on
April 24, 1984 for the purpose of conducting a public hearing on a
variance for Robert Baldwin, to consider any Ada County Transmittals
that are received prior to that date and to consider for passage an
ordinance for joint county/city election registrations.
Intermountain Gas Franchise Ordinance #90 was presented by the
Mayor for the councils consideration. Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded
by WALKER that in accordance with the provisions of #50-902, Idaho Code,
that the rule requiring ordinances to be read on three different days,
two readings of which are to be by title only and one of which is to be
in full, be dispensed with and that Ordinance #90 be considered imme-
diately. Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO,
WALKER, MAILE. Motion carried.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to adopt Ordinance #90.
Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER,
MAILE. Motion carried.
Ron Marshall, Design Review Chairman, presented Design Review #2-84,
for a new sign for Eagle Village Restaurant. Moved by MAILE and seconded
by STOPPELLO to approve the sign with the stipulation that the restaurant
pylon sign be removed or the pylon be utilized for a shopping center sign
when the time comes for a shopping center sign to be erected. Roll call
on the motion resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion
carried.
Ada County Transmittal #84-15-CU for Sandra Knox to construct a
dog kennel was submitted for the councils consideration. Moved by

to place Ada County Transmittal #84-20-CU on the agenda. Consent was

of Ada County Transmittal #84-20-CU. Roll call on the motion resulted
as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion carried.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MAILE to approve the claims
against the City for the month of April. Roll call on the motion
resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion carried.
Mayor HALEY adjourned the meeting at 8:35 P.M.
