CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
APRIL 3, 1984
The Council met in special session on Tuesday, April 3, 1984,
at Eagle City Hall at 5:30 P.M.. Mayor HALEY presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: STOPPELLO,
WALKER, MAILE.
Purpose of the meeting was to discuss additional information
that had to be turned in for the Community Development Block Grant
for a water system for the downtown area.
Dave Curtis, engineer for J.U.B., explained the amendments
that were necessary to be added to the application.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by MAILE to affirm the present
council's support of the original application and the additional
amendments to the project. Roll call on the motion resulted as
follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion carried.
Moved by MAILE and seconded by STOPPELLO to invest the Mayor
with the authority to sign additional amendments and documents
pertaining to the Community Block Grant for a water system for
the downtown area. Roll call on the motion resulted as follows:
AYE: STOPPELLO, WALKER, MAILE. Motion carried.
Mayor HALEY adjourned the meeting at 5:40 P.M.
