CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
MAY 24, 1983
The Council met in regular session at
Tuesday, May 24, 1983, at Eagle City Hall.

7:30 P.M. on
Mayor Deckard
Roll call showed the following members present: HALEY,
STOPPELLO, WALKER.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by HALEY to approve the
minutes of the council meeting of May 10, 1983 as printed.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: HALEY, STOPPELLO, WALKER.
Motion carried.
Under new business, Ron Marshall, Chairman of the
Design Review Committee presented the Design Review applicat-
ions of Deckard 1-83, Vikki's Clothes Tree 3-83, Marshall -
Fabco Phase #II 7-82 and Auto Enterprises 2-83 for review by
the Council.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by HALEY to approve the
Deckard 1-83 Design Review application. Motion resulted as
follows: AYE: HALEY, WALKER, STOPPELLO. Motion carried.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by WALKER to approve the
Design Review application of Vikki's Clot~sTree 3-83. Motion
resulted as follows: AYE: STOPPELLO, HALEY, WALKER. Motion
carried.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by STOPPELLO to approve the
Marshall - Fabco Phase #II 7-82 Design Review application.
Motion resulted as follows: AYE: HALEY, WALKER, STOPPELLO.
Motion carried.
The Mayor declared a recess ~ order to allow the City
Attorney time to prepare his papers for the decision about
a Design Review matter. Recess declared at 7:45 P.M. and the
meeting reconvened at 7:50 P.M.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by HALEY to approve the
Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law and that they be made
a part of the record concerning the Leslie Cullen application
to amend the Comprehensive Plan. Roll call on the motion re-
sh~ted as follows: AYE: HALEY, STOPPELLO, WALKER. Motion
carried.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by HALEY to adopt resolut-
ion number 3-83 "A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE EAGLE COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN BY THE ADDITION THERETO OF A PARCEL OF PROPERTY TO THE
DESIGNATED INDUSTRIAL AREA OF THE CITY OF EAGLE AS SHOWN ON
MAP XIII (COMMUNITY DESIGN OF THE EAGLE CITY COMPREHENSIVE
PLAN)". Roll call on the motion resulted as follows: AYE:
HALEY, STOPPELLO, WALKER. Motion carried.
