CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
MARCH 22, 1983
The Council met in regular session at 7:30 P.M. on Tuesday,
March 22, 1983, at Eagle City Hall. Mayor Deckard presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present:

of the March 8, 1983 meeting as printed.

Motion carried.
Under committee reports, Councilwoman HALEY reported that
the Senior Citizens are still in need of some folding chairs.
She said she will continue to search for some chairs at a rea-
sonable price in order to stay within the budget for the Senior
Citizens.
Councilman STOPPELLO reported that the Planning and Zoning
Committee would like another joint meeting on April 5, 1983
with the council to discuss the Comprehensive Plan and the
Eagle Bypass.
John Mercier was present to inform the council that a com-
ercial business was being conducted in the building next to
his property which is zoned R-1. The City attorney is to write
a letter to the property owner to cease and desist.
Fred Kunkler of the Dry Creek Canal Controlling District was
present to discuss a problem with the Dry Creek Canal between
Steirman Way and Palmetto Drive.
Richard B. Smith was present to talk about a proposed Mini-
Storage Units on State Street. He was told that he would have
to conform to the Design Review Ordinance and Floodplain Ordinance.
Mayor Deckard announced that a Public Hearing on the Conditional
Use Permit and Development Permit for the Eagle Sewer District would
be held at Eagle City Hall on April 12, 1983 at 7:30 P.M.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by HALEY to approve the claims
against the City for March 22, 1983. Motion resulted as follows:
AYE: STOPPELLO, DECKER, HALEY. Motion carried.
