COUNCIL MINUTES
MARCH 8, 1983
The Council met in regular session on Tuesday,
March 8, 1983, at Eagle City Hall. Mayor Deckard
presiding. Mayor Deckard called the meeting to order
at 7:40 P.M.
Roll call showed the following members present:
HALEY, WALKER, DECKER.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by DECKER
the minutes of the meeting on February 22,
printed. Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
HALEY, WALKER. Motion carried.

Frank Marz was present to ask the council's per-
mission to locate a Small Engine Repair and Rental Yard
on property he owns that is zoned R-1. He was advised
to attend the Planning and Zoning meeting on March 15, 1983.
Mr. Don Crawford of Eagle Auto Parts was present to
ask the council's permission to establish a used auto sales
along with his present business. The Mayor directed the
City Clerk to send a letter to the proper authorities
informing them that Mr. Crawford's business location was
in the proper zone to allow for a Used Car Dealership.
Mayor Deckard announced that a Public Hearing would
be held on April 12, 1983, at Eagle City Hall concerning
the Cullen Master Plan Change and Rezone.
Moved by DECKER and seconded by WALKER to approve the
claims against the City. Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
HALEY, WALKER, DECKER. Motion carried.
There being no further new/b~iness, Mayor Deckard
adjourned the meeting at 8:~.M. ) ~
