COUNCIL MINUTES
JANUARY 25, 1983
The council met in regular session on Tuesday, January
11, 1983, at Eagle City Hall. Mayor Deckard presiding.
Roll call showed the following members present: HALEY,
STOPPELLO, WALKER.
Moved by WALKER and seconded by HALEY to approve the minutes
of January 11, 1983 and the minutes of the special meeting of
January 13, 1983 as printed. Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
HALEY, STOPPELLO, WALKER. Motion carried.
Mayor Deckard introduced Commissioners Vern Emery and
Ed Riddle to the Council.
Moved by Haley and seconded by STOPPELLO to name the street
at the end of Second Street and in front of the Eagle Manor
Cedar Ridge Street. Motion resulted as follows: AYE: HALEY,
STOPPELLO, WALKER. Motion carried.
Moved by STOPPELLO and seconded by HALEY to confirm the
following appointments: Bonnie Krasowski - City Clerk/Treasurer,
Ann Gallinger - Librarian, Vern Schoen - Building Inspector,
J. Patrick Riceci - Attorney, Har~¥Vogt Planning & Zoning and
Norm Rusk - Planning & Zoning. Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
HALEY, STOPPELLO, ,WALKER. Motion carried.
Commissioners Emery and Riddle met with the Council on various
County/City subjects. Included in the conversation was a question
concerning the Darrell Mathews 81-1-LUE. Mayor Deckard directed
the City Attorney to conduct a finding of fact on the matter.
Councilman DECKER arrived at the meeting at this time.
Moved by HALEY and seconded by DECKER to approve
against the City. Motion resulted as follows: AYE:
WALKER, HALEY, DECKER. Motion Carried
