The City Council met in special session at the Eagle City Hall,
on Wednesday, January 28, 19~7. Mayor CAROL HALEY presiding.
Those Councilmembers in attendance were: GUERBER, MATLOCK,
MINOW.
APPOINTMENT TO COUNCIL: ~TLOCK moved to nominate Ann Rogers
to the Eagle City Council, GUERBER seconded the motion. Discussion
took place regarding the motion by MINOW. ~TLOCK called for the
question, the result of the motion is as follows: AYE: GUERBER,
M~ATLOCK, NAY: MINOW. ~OTION CARRIED.

CORRECTION IN THE MINUTES: Feb. 10, 1987 in Council session
Minow motioned to correct the minutes of Jan. 28, 1987 to include
his opposition due to the Idaho State Code and the violation o~
that code. Motion seconded by GUERBER. All Aye: Motion carried.
