A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, ADA COUNTY, IDAHO,
ESTABLISHING: THE 2022 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE AS PROVIDED BY
RESOLUTION 21-22, ESTABLISHING A SUNSET DATE, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE.
WHEREAS, the City of Eagle, Ada County, Idaho (the "City"), is a municipal corporation duly
organized and operating under the laws of the State of Idaho; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Eagle is authorized by Title 2, Chapter 4, Eagle City
Code, to establish the creation of Committees to provide the Mayor and City Council advice and
recommendations on matters not specifically addressed in City Code; and
WHEREAS, the City Council adopted Resolution 21-22 on October 26, 2021, Establishing the
Comprehensive Plan Review Committee for appointment by the mayor and confirmation by the Eagle City
Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,ADA
COUNTY,IDAHO,appointing the following members:
a) City Council Representatives:

Section 5: All members will serve the same term as the Committee will be dissolved upon the presentation
of the Committee's recommendations to the Mayor and City Council on the need to amend the plan and
provide detailed specific areas of concern within the existing comprehensive plan. It is anticipated that the
Committee's recommendation will be presented at the first regular Council meeting in June of 2022.
Section 6: This resolution shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
