City Council Meeting
May 4, 1987
City Council met in special session at the Eagle City Hall
on Monday, May 4, 1957 at 7:30 p.m.
Roll call showed the following members present:
MATLOCK, MINOW, ROGERS. Mayor HALEY ~residing.
GUERBER,
IMPACT AREA DISCUSSION: Council and members of the P&Z
discussed the position desired to be taken in the Area of
Impact Agreement and Ada County.
Brought into discussion was the Idaho State Code 67-6526,
Section (A) (1-2-3). Concern was expressed reqardin~ the
growth of the City in relationship to Sewer and Water in
the future, and control of same. It was also brought out
that Ada County tabled the Impact Area A~reeqment Amendments for
90 days. It was agreed to set up a meeting with Michael Moore,
the City Attorney, Carol Haley, Steve Guerber and Fred Wilson,
and that after that meeting to set up a meeting with Ada County
Commissioners.
SENIOR CITIZENS/COMmUNITY CENTER: Marsing Job Corp discussed.
It was agreed to send a letter to the Job Corp advising them
that we would be interested in their services, but cannot
request services until after the block grant funds are spent.
AIC CONFERENCE: Discussion regarding attendance, and it was
agreed that the City would pay for the Delegates, Spouses
and families.
