A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO,j ESTABLISHING A FEE SCHEDULE
FOR RECREATION PROGRAMS COORDINATE9 BY THE EAGLE PARKS AND
RECREACTION DEPARTMENT; AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the City Council desire to establish a fee to assist in offsetting the cost
associated with recreation programs , these costs include, but are not limited to: staff time,
merchant fees, promotional materials, instructor fees and facility maintenance costs;.
WHEREAS, public notice for a public hearing r such fees has been published in The
Valley Times as required by Idaho Code §63-1311A; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby
(see Exhibit A)
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full
adoption and approval.

In accordance with Idaho State Code 63-1311A, legal notice ij hereby given that the EAGLE CITY
COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on May 24, 2016 at 6:3q p.m. Eagle City Hall, 660 E. Civic Lane,
Eagle, Idaho for proposed new fees to cover the cost of Recretion Programs. The proposed fees are as
follows:
