SPECIAL MEETING
OCTOBER 15,1987
Eagle City Council met in special session on October 15, 1987,
for the purpose of discussing the Eagle Ranch Water Company hook
up to the Senior Citizen/Community Center Building, and
miscellaneous items.
ROLL CALL: ROGERS, MATLOCK, MINOW. GUERBER presiding in Mayor
HALEY'S absence.
Moved by MATLOCK and seconded by MINOW to appoint Piper, Jaffray
& Hopwood as the city's financial advisors in the city's attempt
to acquire the Eagle Ranch Water Co. up to a maximum of $10,000.
and only if a bond is issued. Piper, Jaffray to underwrite the
bond. AYEz MATLOCK, MINOW NAY: ROGERS MOTION CARRIED.
Moved by MINOW and seconded by MATLOCK that the City of Eagle
contract with Eagle Ranch Water Co. to hookup a permit line to
the Community Center, not a temporary one that the water company
will have to return and replace with a permanent line later.
ROLL CALL ON THE MOTION IS AS FOLLOWS: AYE~ MATLOCK, MINOW,
ROGERS. MOTION CARRIED.
Council asked that the City Clerk write the Eagle Ranch Water Co.
a letter of conformation regarding the hookup.
