CITY OF EAGLE
COUNCIL MINUTES
SPECIAL MEETING
October 20, 1986
The council met in special session at the Eagle City Hall,
on Monday, October 20, 1986.
Members of the council present were: MAILE, GUERBER, MATLOCK.
Absent from the meeting MINOW. MAYOR CAROL HALEY presiding.
The special meeting was called for a final water report to
be given by Carlyle Briggs of B&A. Engineers regarding the possible
acquisition of the Eagle Ranch Water Company.
The possible impropriety or conflict of interest was raised
in regards to B&A representing the city in the water issue and
in the fact that B&A also represents Treasure Valley Mobile Home
Park. It was the general opinion of the council that there is
no basis for conflict.
The meeting adjourned at 7:30 P.m.
