Minutes
1. CALL TO ORDER: Meeting called to order at 6:02 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: Present: GUERBER, MCLAUGHLfN, and SMITH. Absent: WRIGHT and
MCCAULEY. A quorum is present.
3. CONSENT AGENDA:
♦ Consent Agenda items are considered to be routine and are acted on with one motion. There will
be no separate discussion on these items unless the Chairman, a Commissioner, member of City
Staff, or a citizen requests an item to be removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. Items
removed from the Consent Agenda will be placed on the Regular Agenda in a sequence
determined by the Rules of Order.
♦ Any item on the Consent Agenda that contains written recommendations from the City of Eagle
shall be adopted as part of the Planning & Zoning Commission's Consent Agenda approval
motion unless specifically stated otherwise.
A. Minutes of October 4, 2021.
McLaughlin moves to accept the consent agenda as presented. Seconded by Smith. ALL
AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
4. UNFINISHED BUSINESS: NONE.
5. PUBLIC HEARINGS: NONE.
6. NEW BUSINESS: NONE.
7. PRESENTATION:
A. City of Eagle Capital Plan Presentation: Presentation of the City of Eagle Capital Plan and
solicitation of projects for FY 2023 to FY 2027 Plan. Capital project requests may be submitted at
littps:Hlf.ciiyofeagle.org/Forms/Capital-Plan-Proiect-Reques (NBS)
Director of Long -Range Planning and Projects, Nichoel Baird Spencer, presents the City of Eagle
Capital Plan and discusses how projects may be submitted for consideration.
Baird Spencer responds to questions from the Commission.
8. REPORTS:
A. Commission: Commissioner Smith informs staff that a public hearing sign has been in place
along Meridian Road for a number of months. Commissioner Smith inquiry about 293 E. State
Street and inquires whether the number of public hearings scheduled for a single meeting is taken
into account.
B. City Attorney: None.
C. Staff. City Planner, Kristl Caron, informs the Commission that there are three public hearings
scheduled for November 15L, and provides an update regarding November and December meeting
dates.
9. ADJOURNMENT:
McLaughlin moves to adjourn. Seconded by Smith. ALL AYES... MOTION CARRIES.
Hearing no further business, the Commission meeting adjourned at 7:16 p.m.
