WHEREAS, Tradewinds General C011traCCOPS, Inc., requested a vacation to the final plat of Williamson River Ranch Subdivision No.3 to remove the public utility, property drainage, and pressure irrigation side. lot line easements cantered between Lots 16 and 1.7., Block 6 (Williamson River Ranch Subdivision No.3);and WHEREAS, On July 19,2021, the Commission recommended approval of the vacation(VAC- 03-21),to the Council.;and WHEREAS,Legal notice of t:he City Council hearing on the vacation was published in the Idaho Statesman on july 23,2021,and July 30,2021;and WHEREAS, On August 24, 2021, the City Council held a public hearing on the pmposed vacation(VAC-03-21),and voted to approve the vacation;and WHEREAS, The City Council hereby finds that the proposed vacation complies •with the pmvisions Section.50.13.06A of the Idaho Code,"Vacation of Plats-Procedure7,and Section 9-6-2 of Eagle City Code,"Vacations and Dedications". NOW THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND COUIsICIL OF THE CITY OF EAGLE,IDAHO. The Eagle City Council hereby vacates the public utility, property drainage, and pressure irrigation easements centered on'the I% lines between Lots 16 and 17, Block 6, of the final plat of Williamson River Ranch Subdivision No. 3, as considered, heard and approved by the Council at its August 24, 2021, public hearing for application number VAC-03,-21 and as shown on the attachments hereto(Exhibits A and 8).
