EAGLE CITY COUNCIL
Special Meeting Minutes
December 11,2002
COUNCIL AGENDA: 6:00 p.m.
1. CALL TO ORDER: Mayor Merrill calls the meeting to order at 6:05 p.m.
2. ROLL CALL: BASTIAN, SEDLACEK,GUERBER. All present. A quorum is
present.
3. INTERVIEWS FOR THE CITY COUNCIL, PLANNING & ZONING
COMMISSION AND DESIGN REVIEW BOARD VACANCIES:
Mayor introduces the issue and explains the procedure Council will follow for the interviews.
Each interview is allotted 15 minutes.
Council has a set of questions that they will use in the interview process plus additional questions
that become appropriate. Each person interviewing will be given a copy of the set of questions.
This is an open meeting of the City Council and the people who are scheduled for interviews are
not prohibited from attending the entire Council meeting.
The City Council will not deliberate or have discussion among them as it pertains to the people
being interviewed. The Mayor will meet individually with each Council Member after the close
of the meeting.
At the December 17, 2002 City Council meeting the Mayor will give a recommendation to the
City Council for the Council position,Planning&Zoning Commissioner and a Design Review
Board member.
