CALL TO ORDER: ROLL CALL Mayor Steve Guerber, Stan Bastian,
Morgan Masner, Ken Smith, Don Brinton, Nancy Merrill, Mary Berent.
TOPICS OF DISCUSSION
Cantlon discussion: The Eagle Development Agency was discussed.
The Mayor introduced the "Eagle Imagination Project", planning for
the future. He is going to make arrangements for an attorney, Mr.
Armbruster, to address Council. The Mayor will invite P&Z members
and the affected homeowners in the Albertsons area.

Eagle Impact Area: the map was presented. Mayor Gerber asked for
the outline to be presented to the Council in order to gain Council
consideration in order to approach the Ada County Commissioners
with the proposal.
