SPECIAL MEETING
MAY 11, 1994

The Eagle City Council met in special session on May 11, 1994.
Mayor GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present:
MORGAN MASNER.
RICK YZAGUIRRE, STANBASTIAN,
PUBLIC HEARING/GEM COMMUNITY ACTION GRANT-EAGLE QUEST
Mayor GUERBER announced that this was the time and place set for a
public hearing on the proposal for a $10,000 block grant through
the Dept. of Commerce for a Gem Community Action Grant for the
improvement and further development of the arboretum, east of City
Hall, and Eagle City Parks.
Public Testimony: none
Public hearing closed at 6:15 p.m.
Moved by YZAGUIRRE and seconded by MASNER to approve Resolution 4-
94 supporting and endorsing the application by Eagle Quest for the
grant. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
BIDS:
3 bids were presented to Council for the building of a fence and
gate on the Stierman side of Orval Krasen Park. Moved by BASTIAN
and seconded by MASNER to accept the bid from Roundy Pole and Fence
Co. in the amount of $857.00
There being no further business the meeting adjourned at 6:25 p.m.
