design review approval for a 6,782-square foot, two-story (1st Floor—4,780-SF, 2nd Floor—
2,002-SF)personal service building for Renu Medispa. The 0.69-acre site is located on the
north side of East Riverside Drive approximately 375-feet west of East Shore Drive at 600
East Riverside Drive within Eagle River Development(Lot 18, Block 3, Mixed Use
