A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO, REPEALING ALL PREVIOUS FEE
AND FINE SCHEDULES FOR EAGLE PUBLIC LIBRARY; AND ESTABLISHING A NEW
FEE AND FINE SCHEDULE FOR EAGLE PUBLIC LIBRARY AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, the Eagle Library Board of Trustees approved the proposed fees and fines to
be implemented at the Eagle Public Library on October 19, 2015; and
WHEREAS, a public notice for a public hearing for such fees has been published in The
Valley Times as required by Idaho Code §63-1311 A; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined and after holding the aforementioned
public hearing, to accept the fees and fines as recommended by the Library Board of Trustees;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF EAGLE, IDAHO as follows:
Section 1: That the City of Eagle hereby establishes a fee and fine schedule (Exhibit A)
for Eagle Public Library is hereby incorporated;
Section 2: That this resolution shall be in full force and effect immediately upon its
adoption and approval.
ADOPTED by the Eagle City Council, Eagle, Idaho, this day of March, 2015.

CITY OF EAGLE
In accordance with Idaho State Code 63-131 IA, legal notice is hereby given that the EAGLE CITY
COUNCIL will hold a public hearing on March 8, 2016, at 6:30 P.M. at Eagle City Hall , 660 E. Civic Lane,
Eagle, Idaho. The purpose of the hearing is to consider repealing the Library Fees and Fines schedule and
adopting a new Library Fees and Fines schedule: The proposed fees and fines schedule is as follows:

Public testimony is encouraged at the public hearing. WRITTEN COMMENTS must be submitted no Tess
than five (5) working days prior to the day on which the public hearing is scheduled. Qualified individuals
who need accessible communication aids and services or other accommodations to participate in programs
