A quorum is present.
3. REVIEW AND APPROVAL OF MINUTES:
A. Minutes of May 12, 2021.
Blaine moves to approve the minutes of May 12, 2021. Seconded by Elwer. ALL AYE...
MOTION CARRIES.
4. NEW BUSINESS:
A. Review the BLM Work Group Survey Summary
Staff provides an overview of the online survey that will go out after the plan is finalized.
B. ACTION ITEM: Review, Discuss and Approve the Maps, Locations, and Descriptions to
Bring forward to City Council.
C. ACTION ITEM: Review, Discuss and Approve the Written Plan to Bring Forward to City
Council.
The Work Group reviews the plan page by page and requests changes.
Staff will make the recommended changes and the Work Group will have a final meeting to
review and take action on the plan.
D. Review City Council Presentation Details (Who, What, When).
The work group will discuss this item at the next meeting.
