Cornhole and Event Information
The event will take place during Eagle Fun Days on Saturday, July 10th from 3:00 to 7:00 PM.
Cornhole Idaho will be present for tournament setup as agreed upon by City of Eagle Representative
on this day.
•Teams consist of 2 players per team
• 1 match is anywhere from 5-15 minutes
• Event Timing:
o 8-25 players take 1.5 to 2 hrs
o 25-50 players 2.5 to 3 hrs
o 50-100 players take 3 to 4 hrs
• The City of Eagle Parks will provide the player names and teams 4 business days before the event.
• Event Options:
o Basic Tournament: With this tournament you will have your players sign up in teams of land
pick team names. Format will be Double elimination for all brackets based on skill level.
• Registration for your teams/players
o Collect all the player names and teams before the tournament and send that information to us
the prior to your tournament
All players will be required to download the Scoreholio app to use this tournament type.
Waiver of Injuries:
Any and all injuries that may occur during the event will be handled by your organization or group.
Example,but not limited to,cuts,bruises,heat exhaustion, major or minor injuries. In addition any and
all liability for the tournament will be the responsibility of the organization or group.

• All material to run a cornhole tournament, including but not limited to:
o Up to 16 sets of cornhole boards
o Up to 16 sets of 4 cornhole bags
o Up to 16 scoreboards and tablets
• Full Scoreholio system
o Scoreholio is a state of the art digital scoring system. Tablets are placed behind all courts and
players digitally enter in their scores. Players can track the leaderboard on televisions to
keep them interacted with the tournament. Players must download the Scoreholio app prior to
tournament.
• Pre-tournament tutorial on rules and proper technique of cornhole
• In tournament help with rules and game flow
• MC and Music for the tournament
• Can create custom boards for an extra charge to use as prizes or giveaways

Re: 2021 Eagle Fun Days Cornhole Tournament
Mayor and City Councilors,
Parks and Recreation Director is requesting approval 2021 Independent Contractor Agreement
with Cornhole Idaho as Eagle Fun Days Cornhole Tournament contractor on Saturday, July 10,
2021 and not to exceed $1,000. Cornhole Idaho will run two divisions which include "Tailgate"for
the back yard player and "Elite" for the competitive player. Each bracket will have up to 16 sets
of teams (32 players) competing for the Eagle Fun Days Cornhole Tournament champion.
Cornhole Idaho will provide a state of the art cornhole scoring system and app to use for
participants.
