DECEMBER 7, 1993
The Eagle City Council met in special session on December 7, 1993.
Mayor GUERBER presiding.
The following members were present:
KELLI BLAIR. ABSENT: TOM EASON
RICK YZAGUIRRE, STANBASTIAN,
The Council met in special session to review the amended plat for
Fall Creek Subdivision, an annexation, zoning and preliminary plat.

Dennis Baker presented the proposed changes in the plat to the
Council. Those changes included reducing the density of the
subdivision from 1.96 to 1.66. The new plat reduces the lots from
275 to 233.
After deliberation a motion was made by YZAGUIRRE and seconded by
BASTIAN to reschedule a public hearing before Council at a special
hearing on January 4, 1994. ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
BRIGHTON CORPORATION DEVELOPMENT - An annexation initiated by the
City of Boise. The location of the annexation is Eagle Rd. and
Chinden Blvd. Moved by BASTIAN and seconded by BLAIR to authorize
the Mayor to represent Eagle in continuing to oppose commercial,
retail services along Chinden Blvd. Eagle would take the position
there should be no commercial development past Ustick and Eagle Rd.
ALL AYE: MOTION CARRIED.
