The Eagle City Council met in special session on October 12, 1993.
The following members were present: RICK YZAGUIRRE, THOMAS EASON,
STAN BASTIAN.
Those in attendance were: Representatives of Lexington Hills
Subdivision, Echo Creek Subdivision, Eagle Sewer District, and
Eagle Water Co.

How do we want to proceed with the Lexington-Echo Water?
Either the City keeps the company or returns it to
but no one else.
Impact on Sewer Dist~
1. to find out what is available
2. the cash factor
3. take a 120 days to study the project
It was suggested the City should connect
contract with them.
to Eagle Water Co. and
City Solutions=
1. to stay in the water business and work with Bob DeShazo
2. to return the system to Lexington-Echo
The Council will probably vote on this issue at the regular session
later tonight.
